It usually takes about 1 week to collect all the residents' data from property management to pre-register all residents in the community.
You can download PropKita directly from the App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei App Gallery.
Yes, if the visitor is registered by a resident. All visitor records are stored in the Visitor Management System (VMS).
Yes, you can. You can select the property from the "Your Property" section.
Yes, the tenant account can be deactivated through our PropKita CMS.
Yes, it is compatible with iOS, Huawei and Android devices.
We can remotely deactivate the VMS device if it’s stolen or lost. No information will be exposed, preventing any data leaks.
The accounts are different, but they share the same features and access to the same unit.
All residents, including both owners and tenants, can join PropKita.
PropKita offers a user-friendly interface, supports diverse properties, provides 24/7 CMS access, features passwordless registration, and allows property managers to operate and manage properties from anywhere, at any time.
They won’t be able to make payments, bookings, or defect reports, and they will miss out on the convenient features provided by PropKita.
Sign up using your email and phone number.
Ask them to sign up for PropKita. Owners can manage tenants, and family members can sign up with the same address.
No, only the property owner can add tenants.
